SHIPPING

COOKIES ARE SHIPPED OUT MONDAY-THURSDAY ONLY!

At Emerald's Cookies, each batch of cookies are baked upon receipt and processing of your order. They  are then sent out for shipping the same day. This process ensures the quality and freshness of your batch of cookies. 

Please allow 2 days for order processing and all orders will be delivered via USPS Priority Mail Service.Tracking numbers will be provided to you via e-mail once your order has shipped.

 

REFUNDS

At this time we are unable to offer refunds on any purchases. If you have any concerns. Please feel free to send an e-mail and we will work to address them immediately.
